Managing Partners
Drake Hamilton | Founder & Managing Partner
My real estate background began in 2020 when I purchased my first rental home in Denver. I ‘house hacked’ a 5 bedroom home and eventually purchased another rental in the Denver metro area for the purpose of Airbnb in 2021. While the monthly income, appreciation, and tax benefits of owning real estate were incredible, managing properties by myself was a headache. I quickly realized I hated playing landlord but hiring and paying a property manager would wipe out the majority of my income. I knew there had to be a better way to scale without the hassle and that’s where my multifamily career began in 2024.
Outside of real estate, I’ve worked in sales for nearly a decade at companies like LinkedIn, Buildertrend, and CSG. In recent years, I’ve primarily worked at growing early stage startups which has given me the opportunity to learn how a successful business and sales team are run throughout different phases of growth.
In my free time I love music, skiing, coffee, working out, and traveling. I currently live in Denver, Colorado with my fiancée and our two dogs.
